This time, we would like to introduce the Singapore and Vietnam offices together.
Let’s look around the Singapore and Vietnam offices and see how they work!
# Singapore Office
Address: 63 UBI ROAD 1 #01-48 OXLEY BIZHUB, 1, Singapore 408728
Employees: 19 (excluded part time employees)
This is OXLEY BIZ HUB view where the MVL Singapore office is located.
It is a much more huge and nice building than expected.
Here is the entrance of the office.
If you come inside, a small waiting room is located, and you can see TADA's yellow logo at first sight.
Across from the waiting room, you can see the working space for the employees.
This is the place where the employees consult with customers and work on CS.
It is nice to see how hard they work!
(Due to COVID-19, most of the employees work at home except for the required employees.)
Nice environment is one of the biggest advantages of the office which employees have chosen.
Indigo, representing MVL’s theme color, is well mixed with yellow, TADA’s theme color, which created the office modern and neat mood.
Behind there is a small hallway where the employees can take a rest and have a small tea time.
This space can also be used as a waiting area for the meetings.
Of course there are more spaces waiting for us.
MVL’s Singapore office uses both first and second floor as an office.
Let’s move to the second floor!
Upstairs, there is another working space for Singapore employees coming out.
“We Can Do It!”
Here is another working space for the Singapore office.
The employees in Singapore always show great teamwork.
Especially the open communication between team members eventually leads to great performances and outcomes.
Right now, most of the employees are working at home due to COVID-19, so you can see many empty spaces.
The office is a lot more active in normal situations.
Wait, do you see the neon sign at the back?
‘TADA~!’
What a nice TADA sign! It looks great on the tropical wall.
Looking at the Korean style heart-shaped gesture, we could easily notice how nice and warm the office environment is.
In the front, we can see another working space.
Of course, there is also a place with small tables and chairs so the employees can have a casual meeting.
In the rest area, there are always some snacks and coffee prepared for the employees to have some rest time.
The Singapore office was launched first among the three subsidiaries.
Probably for this reason, they have outstanding teamwork in Singapore.
Most workers consider ‘the great team’ as the best part of working at the Singapore office.
By working with great colleagues, our employees have experienced growth in their careers and abilities. Through open communication, they could also work with high efficiency, and therefore showed great satisfaction to their job and the team.
We are expecting more achievements from the best teamwork.
# Vietnam Office
Address: Level 6, Winhome building 33 Tran Nao street Ward Binh An, HO CHI MINH CITY, DISTRICT 2, Vietnam
Employees: 13 (11 local employees, 2 Koreans)
Our company in Vietnam departed as the latest among all three offices, but shows great passion and ambition compared to other offices.
Let us have a look at the Vietnam office!
Let us introduce our MVL family in Vietnam!
Although the number of employees is small and the current office is small, the employees communicate and cooperate well with each other.
One of the employees in the Vietnam office said, “the office is close to home and near downtown, so it doesn’t take much to come to the office.”
By looking at the well-organized TADA supplies and the standing banner for TADA application promotion, we can see how employees work in a clean and neat environment. The employees show high satisfaction in their working place as well.
When we asked what the best points are about working here in Vietnam, most of them mentioned that “it is very meaningful to work with young and passionate colleagues. There are lots of learning opportunities with a highly motivating working environment.”
