MVL has partnership with Krishna

Details

Boloton is the subsidiary of  Krishna Group. Krishna Group is an Indian automotive parts company established in 1994. With a revenue of over 1 billion USD, Krishna Group owns 22 manufacturing plants in India and provides parts to Jaguar, Honda, Audi, and other major automotive manufacturers. 

On May 12th 2021, MVL Labs and Boloton, the subsidiary of Krishna Group, announced a strategic partnership. From this partnership, the two sides will form a joint venture to explore various business opportunities. The specific details of the partnership are listed below:

• The launch of TADA, a blockchain-based ride-share application run by MVL Labs in India.
• The launch of TADA Delivery, a blockchain-based deliver application run by MVL Labs in India. In accordance with local demand, the delivery platform will be distributed in India. Local testing and POC verification will be conducted in India by the end of the year 2021.
• Other business ventures such as the development and supply of TukTuk, a 3-wheel electric vehicle. The E-TukTuk will begin production in the second half of 2022.
